However, a wooden base is likely to rot with the passage of time, if it continually sits on soil or grass. Therefore, spending a little time to create the perfect foundation for your garden shed will prevent many problems in the future.
If you are planning to spend a lot of time in your garden shed, you may want to consider insulating it. That way, you can make use of it regardless of the weather conditions. It can be insulated quite cheaply with materials that are readily available.
